Dr. Mustapha Debboun is a Board Certified Medical & Veterinary Entomologist and has over 30 years of experience in the field of public health entomology and vector-borne diseases. He is a retired Colonel from the U.S. Army and is the current General Manager of Delta Mosquito and Vector Control District in Visalia, California. Dr. Debboun has authored and co-authored over 130 scientific publications and co-edited five books; and leads national and international public health entomology symposia.
